We empower teams of developers, marketers, and IT professionals to focus on delivering business results while Pantheon handles uptime, performance, scalability and security. We are the fastest growing Drupal and WordPress platform in the world, powering over 200,000 sites and serving billions of pages every month. With 35% of the web running open source and significant investments in a $200 billion total addressable market, we are growing aggressively into a huge market opportunity and looking to expand our team. That’s where you come in.

The Role

You will make an impact at Pantheon by creating the foundational patterns, UI components, and documentation that empower Pantheon’s strategic design vision for design systems and amplify our brand. You will collaborate with designers, frontend engineers, and product managers in order to achieve consistent standards across our product dashboard and top-of-funnel digital experiences.

For this position, we are looking for individuals with Figma and Storybook (React) experience, and a passion for documenting how to best work with design systems methodologies. This person needs to be a master of typography and great at documentation. We are looking for people who can take a human-centered approach to designing experiences across multiple channels and devices, in order to inform and delight our SaaS customers and their users.

Pantheon’s core company values are Trust, Teamwork, Passion, and Customers First. At Pantheon, we work hard and play harder, valuing individuality, humor, and balance. We’re enthusiastic participants in several open-source communities and have real relationships with many of our most active customers. If all of this sounds interesting to you, read on!

About the Design team

Design at Pantheon is a small, tight-knit group made up of creative, collaborative, people who care deeply about our mission to make the web a first-class platform that delivers results. We’re a cross-functional bunch focused on design, brand, and UX research who are always looking for opportunities to build understanding and empathy for the people who use Pantheon. Our team is at the center of product work for Pantheon, designing experiences for thousands of developers and marketers around the world.
