Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- As a scrum master, assist in managing the work of individual Business Analysts, Build Engineers and QA Engineers
- Ensure that all IT delivery projects adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle process
- Primary point of contact for technical topics between the client, vendor, and business and HSD teams
- Responsible to work with the business team and the client in defining the priorities and timelines for each project
- Responsible for making sure each project is on schedule, on budget, and within scope while keeping the management informed of the status of each project
- Establish test and acceptance criteria for each project
- Approve test results and release to production of each project
- Provide technical expertise in responding to request for proposals (RFP)
- Provide technical and consultation support to other projects and/or teams that you are not directly responsible for
- Provide a high level of fiscal responsibility in optimizing cost, providing estimates and tracking expenses
- Ensure systems operations and performance exceed client requirements and expectations
- Balance maintenance with development activities to ensure systems are current, stable while incorporating system enhancements

Qualifications
Education: Master of computer science, MIS, or related field
Experience: 20+ years in IT management and software engineering Working with large teams (10 or more team members)
Certification: PMP is highly desirable
