Job Description
- Individual who partners with our Sales team that is capable of understanding and documenting technical and functional requirements from our customers and translate them into a successful solution design.
- Ability to understand the customer’s business needs and demonstrate why your designed solution will support the long-term success of the project and their business.
- Work with a wide variety of customers; ranging from small to large, non-enterprise or enterprise systems and across multiple verticals; to ensure that our delivery team are perfectly positioned to implement a project that is focused on long term success.
- Will run detailed scoping sessions with customers, capturing their business requirements and deliver Quotes and SOWs in an efficient and timely manner.
- Act as the conduit between our sales and our project delivery team, ensuring that we design high quality and effective technical solutions to our customer’s business challenges.
- Will be the front line for technical support for the Implementation Consultants implementing the solution that has been created from the client sessions
- Will work with Alvaria’s customers as a partner and have the understanding in both words and actions that our success is dependent on our client’s success.
Qualifications
- Must have strong Linux, Windows, Windows Server, LAN, and WAN Networking.
- VMWare, Hyper-V preferred.
- VoIP and telephony configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced level of technical knowledge of Alvaria solutions and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud fundamentals, architecture, and principles preferred.
- Amazon Web Services knowledge preferred.
- Apply specialized knowledge of Alvaria products to define and develop project documentation.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to pass a background check may also be required.
- Ability to work US normal business hours.
- Functional use of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and the ability to learn and utilize resource tools specific to Alvaria.
