Job Description: JOB REQUIREMENTS: \*Preferred location Milwaukee, WI (hybrid). Open to
remote as well. We are seeking a strategic and technically adept
Solution Architect to join our Digital Transformation team. The
successful candidate will collaborate closely with Technology product
owners and architects to design scalable and secure enterprise-wide
solutions. This role involves leading the architectural design and
integration of Salesforce, ERP systems, tax engines, eCommerce platform,
EDI, and MDM platforms to support end-to-end digital transformation
initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cross
systems architecture, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative
mindset to ensure alignment between business goals and technical
implementation. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the end-to-end
architecture for Tier 1 Order Management Systems across multiple
platforms, including Salesforce OMS, Oracle/SAP ERPs, tax engines,
websites, and MDM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional technical
architects to translate business strategies into actionable technology
roadmaps. Lead architectural reviews and solution governance to ensure
proposed systems align with enterprise standards, scalability, and
security requirements. Develop integration patterns and interface
definitions for seamless data exchange across cloud and on-premises
systems. Document current and future state architectures and communicate
impacts and trade-offs to stakeholders. Provide oversight and technical
guidance during solution implementation phases to ensure design
integrity. Champion best practices for platform architecture, DevOps,
API design, security, and data governance. Collaborate with Business
Analysts and Product Managers to align user stories and requirements
with architectural principles. Support risk assessment, compliance, and
audit-readiness efforts for all integrated systems. Qualifications:
Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in
enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in a digital
transformation or global manufacturing environment. Strong understanding
of modern architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Proficient in
architecture modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and integration
technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka). Knowledge of cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS) and security design principles. Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to CI/CD, DevSecOps, and
microservices. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder
management skills. The salary range provided is intended to display the
