The Opportunity
As a Software Engineering Manager working on the Deployment Planner and Fleet Management team, you will be able to directly impact how customers get delivery of the products they purchase and how Flock ensures those products stay online and capture evidence. As a manager, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams who are responsible for building the tools that help facilitate the factory production, test, and delivery of our products, along with supporting the repair, RMA, and redeployment of devices.
The Skillset
- Experience leading/managing full-stack development teams with an emphasis on cloud development and distributed systems – we leverage AWS
- Background leveraging frameworks and languages like react, node, javascript, and typescript
- Capable of getting hands-on when needed and coaching/mentoring other engineers
- Bonus: Experience with IoT devices, electrical engineering, or any factory/production flows
