The Job:
- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a multi-brand Sitecore 10 platform and supporting .NET systems hosted in AWS
- A key contributor in an agile development team, participating in SCRUM ceremonies and planning phases.
- Recommend, design and create technical improvements in existing capabilities to maximize productivity and optimize security and efficiency.
- Responsible for the organization and tracking of work within the context of your team.
- Ensuring solutions are optimized for support, usability, and flexibility.
- Participating in support and triage activities, including rotational out-of-hours on-call duties.
Qualifications

- You are an experienced Sitecore developer, with demonstrable skills using .NET, HTML 5, and CSS programming languages; responsive design; and applicable web development frameworks.
- You have a strong Lean/Agile mindset and experience working on Agile teams.
- You can effectively set expectations around the delivery of your work within a team.
- You can translate conceptual ideas into concrete tasks as well as translate business needs into technical requirements.
- You have a passion for learning, designing, and implementing new technology and a keen eye for optimization of business process.

Example Hands-On Technical Experience:
- C# – minimum 3 years
- CSS/HTML front end development experience minimum 3 years
- Sitecore/Unicorn development pipeline experience minimum 3 years
- ASP.NET MVC – minimum 3 years
- JavaScript Frameworks (Angular preferred, Ember or React or Meteor) – minimum 1-2 years
- SQL Server – minimum 3 years
- RESTful Web Services – minimum 1-3 years
- REDIS experience preferred
- AWS experience preferred
