Title: Social Media Manager

Location: United States – Remote Full-Time

Are you a creative storyteller and community builder? Quickbase is helping organizations reshape the world around usand we need an experienced social media manager to help tell that story and create a community of engaged fans.

Our brand team is looking for a social media expert to expand and deepen our social footprint to drive brand awareness. In this role, you’ll create compelling content, own a comprehensive social media strategy and be a social media evangelist for the company.


  • Build and execute on overall brand social media strategy.
  • Develop and execute approach for driving channel growth, including boosting posts, partnering with paid team on ads, etc.
  • Create, manage, curate and publish content for brand social media and key brand influencer channels.
  • Develop and own process for managing social requests from others across the organization.
  • Conduct active social listening, monitor engagement and regularly report on overall performance of brand social media channels.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to engage with relevant influencers across social and partner with PR agency to drive social activations.
  • Champion employee social engagement by developing programs to encourage social media activations and owning our employee advocacy platform (Bambu).
  • Partner with sales enablement to develop social selling best practices.
  • Support executive team by crafting social content to support large initiatives, brand campaigns, corporate announcements, etc.
  • Support additional brand and content programs as needed.

Things we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing brand social media channels, ideally in software/SaaS companies
  • A knack for knowing a great story when you see it, and understanding how to bring it to life
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence
  • Experience with Canva, SproutSocial and Bambu a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Resourceful with a can-do attitudeyou naturally look up answers via Google, blogs and help tools
