Description
Under supervision, helps to identify appropriate social media and digital channels for specific business needs, and helps to tailor campaigns to the target audiences. As a team, prepares and develops social media and digital content to support and enhance the organization’s brand and operations.
- Monitors and posts to social media channels with the goal of building a community of followers and enhancing interaction.
- Collects and analyzes data related to social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Tracks performance of social media initiatives and develops/implements changes to improve results.
- Communicates with manager about social media and digital activities.
- Administers agency social media partnership agreements to achieve content collaboration and social interaction that supports mutual goals to extend brand recognition and reinforcement as well as conversation, interaction, and networking.
- Supports and promotes corporate culture through marketing employee events and opportunities.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fields of marketing and social media.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field or in a related area
- Basic knowledge of personal computers
- Interpersonal skills
Preferred Education and Training
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Marketing Major
- Certificate In General Insurance
