Description

Under supervision, helps to identify appropriate social media and digital channels for specific business needs, and helps to tailor campaigns to the target audiences. As a team, prepares and develops social media and digital content to support and enhance the organization’s brand and operations.

  • Monitors and posts to social media channels with the goal of building a community of followers and enhancing interaction.
  • Collects and analyzes data related to social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Tracks performance of social media initiatives and develops/implements changes to improve results.
  • Communicates with manager about social media and digital activities.
  • Administers agency social media partnership agreements to achieve content collaboration and social interaction that supports mutual goals to extend brand recognition and reinforcement as well as conversation, interaction, and networking.
  • Supports and promotes corporate culture through marketing employee events and opportunities.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fields of marketing and social media.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field or in a related area
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers
  • Interpersonal skills

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Marketing Major
  • Certificate In General Insurance
