THE ASK:
Deliver high-quality services within the context of Victorious customers campaign goals and needs, on time and aligned with Victoriouss methodology.
THE EXPECTATION:
- Deliver SEO services by following SEO best practices and team processes as trained and continuously iterated by Victoriouss SEO department.
- Help answer questions in customer channels and provide regular reports on SEO performance metrics and insights for assigned customer accounts.
- Identify and report any observed SEO issues or anomalies within customer campaigns to senior members of the SEO department to triage and learn from the solutions provided.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, contributing insights based on personal experience.
- Proactively seek guidance and clarifications when faced with challenges, potential customer issues, or any other form of uncertainty regarding SEO performance.
- Support Senior SEO Strategists in investigating and helping diagnose challenges and opportunities to increase performance across customer campaigns.
- Align the execution of SEO deliverables with customer campaign goals to elevate services beyond their systematic execution.
- Understand resource allocation processes and provide inputs based on day-to-day tasks and needs to ensure a reasonable workload is planned and consistently achieved every week, including proactively planning for time off.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO strategies and trends, learning new tools and processes as they are introduced, including hands-on training from senior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Robust experience in search engine optimization
- 3-5 years working in a role with the main responsibility of successful SEO execution.
- Experience working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Advanced experience in Asana or related project management tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and tools
- Comfort in an agile, fast-paced remote environment
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and website administration
