SEO Content Writer – Remote
Location: United States
We are looking for an SEO content writer to join our client’s product team and help create and optimize high-quality content for a large, high-profile website. In this role, you will be responsible for executing SEO content writing that aligns with our business goals, brand voice, and target audience. In this very collaborative, cross-functional role, you will also conduct keyword research, analyze and monitor web analytics, implement SEO best practices to improve our organic search ranking and visibility, and ultimately make recommendations on potential content improvements.
If you are the right fit, you have a background in SEO (and related tools), content marketing, and have some knowledge of web technologies. You should have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and quality.
This is a remote, contract engagement approved quarterly, but with the strong potential to extend up to 18 months in length. Pay rate depending on experience is 26-31/hr. W2.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and content marketing
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies
