If you love creating thought provoking digital experiences (backed by data and fueled by creativity), then keep reading…As the Sr. Web Strategist at Xactly Corporation, you’ll own Xactly’s presence at xactlycorp.com. Working closely with demand generation, product marketing, awareness & advocacy, designers, and agencies, you’ll proactively manage, execute, and optimize all projects related to our website in support of our internal and external clients goals. We are looking for you to execute our organic web strategy, driving the right visitors to our site and delivering a relevant experience and journey. Taking a data-driven approach, we are looking for someone who can continuously optimize the site, integrate campaigns, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our web experience and drive conversions.

Xactly’s Demand Generation team comes from all over the country and has experience working across large enterprise and startup-style companies. We bring a myriad of ideas, tactics, and strategies from our backgrounds to drive top of the funnel lead activity and pipeline. We partner across all functions, including lead generation, product, and the sales organization to ensure our go-to-market strategy is supported through the right marketing programs, campaigns and channels in support of Xactly growth. THE SKILL SET:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of long-term web strategy programs, improving the web experience and optimizing their execution across channels
  • Define metrics to measure performance and conduct monthly audits for short and long term performance enhancements
  • Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to produce SEO-enriched content across Xactly’s website and digital channels.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization as well as implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links, content, and share of voice.
  • Conduct monthly website content audits and content recommendations to help drive SEO ranking and SOV.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, CTA’s, and lead generation forms to help increase website conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute AB testing across Xactly’s digital properties to help drive success and continue lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of web strategy experience
  • Highly proficient in web analytics and reporting systems (e.g. Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager; Drupal experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Google Optimize, Drupal, Unbounce, etc)
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
  • Understanding in digital proficiency, knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a bonus
  • Prior experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • Past experience with and knowledge of SEO platforms, tools, and services
  • Experience with managing and tracking a keyword strategy while integrating data into a content marketing plan

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow.
  • Build relationships with internal business partners including product marketing, content, marketing operations and digital teams.
  • Build external relationships with partners such as web and digital agencies.
  • Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
  • Gain knowledge of our site infrastructure, top performing assets/articles and content mapping.
  • Perform industry research and increase knowledge of best practices and industry trends.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two
  • Start and run a website audit to help us better understand site speed, rankings and SEO positioning.
  • Perform an audit across our website tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Conversion tracking to help us better understand needed improvements and optimizations.
  • Research and better understand Audience insights.
  • Familiarize yourself with conversion rate optimization and digital media.
  • Own monthly website reporting

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6-months
  • Help manage and strategize A/B testing to help increase conversion rate optimization.
  • Make website and CRO optimizations based on reporting and historical data.
  • Run and summarize website content, website crawl and audience audits.
  • Research and discover new strategic website opportunities.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
  • Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen.
  • Make significant improvements to our site such as higher conversion rates, increased time on site, improved engagement rates (but not limited to).
  • Help advise on new landing pages as well as site content based on historical data.
  • Complete year-end reporting and analysis as well as future state recommendations for the website.

Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.

$90,100 – $112,600 Annual base + Semi – Annual Bonus
