The Team:
Reporting to the Head of Digital, this critical role will shape global full-funnel web and digital marketing initiatives. This new hire will drive large parts of our website initiatives, providing optimal user experiences aligned with our marketing and digital strategies. Additionally, this role will represent the digital marketing team day-to-day in coordination of digital initiatives with teams across the business including PMM (product marketing), content, design, operations, regional marketing teams and more. Neo4j is poised to deliver innovative and engaging digital experiences for our customers, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help bring that vision to life.
This role is critical in driving the web and digital vision in partnership with multiple cross-functional teams to create audience-first engagement across Neo4j’s digital ecosystem. With critical personas in mind, you will help develop – and implement to completion – critical strategies, projects and initiatives. You will leverage data analytics to help increase demand, conversion, and optimize UX, while ensuring a strong brand, product and market positioning.
The Role:
- Be the Frontline for all Web requests & updates. Ability to manage multiple priorities, including among Execs/VPs and triage according to business needs.
- Partner with globally-distributed peers across marketing and other key areas of the organization – PMM, Content, Design, Operations, and more – to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment in pursuit of Neo4j’s company goals and objectives.
- Confidently present web marketing strategies, plans, and results to VP/leadership. Ability to articulate impact on key business objectives; skilled at facilitating productive meetings and feedback sessions with multiple stakeholders, keeping discussions focused with effective decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers across the organization, develop, maintain, and optimize timelines and schedules, run weekly meetings and ensure alignment across teams to meet critical project milestones.
- Jointly drive integrated marketing campaigns aligned with corporate goals, ensuring the web UX journeys aligns with wider initiatives, goals and outcomes.
- Manage Asana boards, Google Docs, Project-focused Slack channels & Figma files for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Partner with key teams to:
- Optimize the website experiences for key UX & conversion goals
- Work with Analytics Team to report on web traffic and conversion metrics
- Maintain legal compliance with global data & GDPR regulations. Ensure all Neo4j web properties are aligned to legal standards, including collaborating with Product, Security and IT.
- Help manage A/B testing and heatmaps to improve web UX and digital marketing efforts.
- Manage Google Tag Manager on all key platforms/providers and ensure conversion tracking accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure channel alignment and UX across: Web, paid media, social media, events, virtual experiences and developer experience.
- Work across teams/functions to ensure website messaging, branding, content, UX and CTAs resonate with potential customers – especially Developers.
- Partner with analytics teams to set and measure goals/KPIs to measure efficacy of programs and campaigns on the website.
- Provide visibility and socialize program performance with actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain, develop and deliver on a strategic roadmap of key website priorities.
Who You Are:
- Experienced professional with 7+ years of experience in product/project management, developing state-of-the-art digital experiences (website, digital & paid media). B2B and/or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with rapid growth and change. Must be comfortable with, and have the ability to, work across multiple projects simultaneously in parallel.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized operator, with a passion for delivering the absolute highest quality.
- Confident and poised in interactions with senior leaders; adept at managing and synthesizing input and feedback from multiple stakeholders; comfortable respectfully pushing back when needed and effectively “managing up” to drive initiatives forward.
- Data-driven storyteller who can articulate key needs, rationale and findings to management. Comfortable leading meetings, retros and QBRs.
- Ability to build a multi-quarter roadmap – in collaboration with key stakeholders – while managing hands-on day-to-day execution.
- Strong collaborator who can bring out the best in cross-functional teams.
- Analytically minded. Experience with, or proficient in: Google Analytics, Google Suite, Project Management tools (Asana), BI/reporting/visualization tools (Data studio, Looker), A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM tools & Marketo.
- Keen passion for the web and digital landscape, with a deep understanding of best-practices, key trends and ability to use these to drive from ideation to execution.
