Title: Senior Visual Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Caring is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to support our evolving brand portfolio across a variety of consumer touch points in the senior care industry. Reporting to the Senior Creative Brand Manager, the Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of high-quality creative solutions while driving a customer-first mindset focused on big ideas and rapid iteration. This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with flexibility to work from anywhere within the US.

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will:
- Develop visually stunning creative solutions for a variety of marketing channels and onsite experiences in collaboration with our business, content, product, and channel marketing teams
- Help shape visual communication throughout the organization based on new brand standards
- Identify and execute on opportunities for creative optimization
- Refine customer personas, review market trends, and the competitive landscape to keep up-to-date with and implement latest marketing creative strategies
- Own internal communication and presentation of work to broader business team
- Collaborate with broader sales & marketing teams to share learnings and best practices
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams to define and iterate application of visual design within tech products
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners to understand key business opportunities and bring a strong perspective on how creative can be part of the solution
Our ideal Senior Visual Designer:
- 10+ years professional experience in visual and/or product design
- Expert knowledge of design functions and competencies including but not limited to: branding, direct response channels, email, print design, and social media
- Data-driven, with attention to detail and an understanding of creative testing and optimization
- Ensures consistent execution of brand and creative strategy for all company brands
- Experience creating and/or maintaining design systems and DAM
- Self starter with the passion and energy to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to identify and act on the most impactful opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Expert with the Adobe suite, Figma, Miro, Jira, and Google suite
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to take real ownership of strategy and tactics
Strong Plus:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, or other related field
- Experience and expertise as a principal art director or designer for a client or team
- Experience in both B2B and B2C or 2-sided marketplaces
- Experience managing a portfolio with multiple brands and decision makers
- Comfortable with changing priorities
