We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer (you also may be called an Art Director) to join our small but mighty Brand Creative team.

As the Senior Visual Designer, you will develop innovative design solutions that drive both brand and business objectives. We need a strategic-doer who can develop big, cut through ideas that deliver results. The Senior Visual Designer will sell these big ideas into executive leadership and serve as the leader that is responsible for bringing them into the world from conception to delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Create creatively strategic, compelling, innovative, best-in-class stories, events, campaigns, visual concepts, and digital experiences that drive business growth and propel our brand forward
- Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners in high-pace situations and while managing multiple projects
- Partner with the Associate Creative Director to maintain, elevate, and evolve our brand visual design identity. Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing initiatives
- Design engaging experiences, environments, displays, and brand collateral for a wide variety of events, such as large scale conferences, virtual events, intimate community events, and trade exhibitions
- Craft overarching messaging and visual strategies for brand tentpole moments and 365 marketing communications across brand, product marketing, and growth marketing
- Develop and sell in creative concepts; maintain momentum around creative concepts from conception to delivery
- Liaising between the marketing and creative team to ensure deadlines are met
If you have some or all of the following, please apply:
- An incredible portfolio of brand, marketing, and design work demonstrating strong strategic and conceptual thinking, a passion for design, and extensive experience bringing holistic brand ideas to life across a variety of channels: digital and event experience a must-have
- 8-10 years of experience in-house or at creative agencies, working across brand, product, event, digital, and UX design
- Well-rounded experience with multiple mediums: storyboarding, motion direction, art direction (photo/video), experiential/events, and digital brand assets
- Strong creative strategy skills, presentation design, understanding of creative narratives, and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams as well as executive stakeholder management. Design Leads need to be able to clearly and concisely express themselves and explain their ideas
- You’re a risk taker when it comes to design. You push past the obvious. You strive to make work that you love and experiences that help people live more meaningful, fulfilling lives. And, you’re a stickler for details – the little things matter to you
- Strong experience in creative product marketing and conversion strategies. Must understand how creative can impact business strategy
- Deep knowledge of translating concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and understanding of best practices for digital/UX design
- Ability to work in a virtual, fast-paced environment
- Can work autonomously and is self-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workflow, and effectively meet deadlines.
