How You can Make an Impact:
As a Senior UX Designer at Ontada, you will be focused on developing and extending the Ontada Design System and the UX capabilities of our oncology applications. . You will craft and deliver compelling cross-platform user experiences as we build our industry leading products. You’ll get to bring your creativity to a team that’s fast-paced, continuously evolving and vital to our mission of providing the best cancer care for patients. You’ll get to make your mark here at Ontada by:
- Applying fundamental user experience and visual design principles to deliver components that inform intuitive customer journeys.
- Transforming ideas into creative, simple and responsive visual design under technology and time constraints, working closely with peers in Product Management & Development.
- Developing a world-class design culture and practice within our studio.
- Maintaining and supporting the design system that is used by our designers and developers.
- Creating reusable Figma components for designers and developers while communicating new components the development team.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of professional product design experience
- 4+ years of experience working within design systems, specifically Figma
- 2+ years of experience in a senior product design role where you have led the design from kickoff to launch
- Experience building reuseable Figma components
What Will Help You Excel?
- Experience with design within the medical ecosystem
- Demonstrated excellence in solving problems using the tools of our trade visualizing personas, scenarios, workflow diagrams, data visualizations and digital assets that align with product requirements
- Variety of User Experience capabilities and knowledge, rather than a narrowly defined skillset
- Skills to lead design within cross-functional teams and hold yourself responsible for delivering business outcomes
- Experience with the design of complex systems

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
- $143,000 – $238,300
