What you’ll do:
As a Senior UX Designer on the Buy and Manage Commerce team, you will lead design efforts relating to the Buy (Cart and Checkout) and Manage (Account Creation and maintenance) aspects of the overall experience.
- Contribute to the user experience of Commerce products from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading designs.
- Be hands-on at every stage of the design processfrom discovery through detailed design, execution, and iterationcreating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes along the way to bring ideas to life.
- Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction, and new concept validation.
- Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Ensure cohesiveness with the Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines.
- Share and evangelize user-centered design methods across Vista.

- 3 – 5+ years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex consumer and business problems.
- Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences, and accept and interpret feedback and constructive criticism.
- Passion for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies, and a willingness to learn and share new ideas with the team.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
Nice to have:
- Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, and/or in highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience designing across responsive web and native mobile platforms, as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems.
