We are seeking a Senior UI Designer with a passion for telling compelling stories, a change agent who can provide thought leadership in the design space. You are responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions to their completion.
You are highly detailed and can explain every design decision made. Using design thinking, you can provide a perspective on a product and be an active contributor to conversations that may or may not be explicitly about design. You know you are only as good as your last work and can be constructively critical about your own work until it meets perfection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute leadership to all projects
- Brainstorming within the design team and greater teams to create compelling stories and product experiences.
- Research and share new ways of thinking and concepts in the industry.
- Create high fidelity visual design driven by user experience best practices.
- Experience with user journey and human-centered design.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years of experience in UI design or similar role.
- Passion for design and critical thinking.
- Strong conceptual thinking.
- Self-starting and able to manage deadlines while working on team projects.
- Adobe design suite, Figma.
- UXPin knowledge.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Passion for learning.
- UI design experience.
- Ability to effectively relate design decisions to business priorities.
- Can pitch creative internally and to clients
- Excitement for creativity and collaboration.
