We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to help us find, attract, engage, and hire the best Product talent around the world. About the role:

  • Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada) 
  • Temporary (March – December 2025)

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • $105,000 – $112,500 for 9 months

  • Reporting to the Manager, Product Recruiting

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you’ll . 

  • Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in building out their orgs
  • Source, screen, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our product management, design, and engineering teams 
  • Advocate for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Work with the Talent team on a variety of projects that supports the whole teams’ goals (e.g. training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics)
  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help up level our team
  • Mentor, train, and share best practices with other members of the team

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Sr. Technical Recruiter if you:

  • Proven ability to recruit senior level candidates across engineering, product, and design in an intentionally fast environment
  • Have experience hiring top talent for Product Management, Product Design, or Data Science/Analytics roles
  • Possess a consultative style with communication and influence skills that advances the experiences of hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Have a proven approach to sourcing and engaging with a diverse pool of qualified candidates; advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in this role is a must
  • Are adaptable and collaborative – when goals change, you quickly flex from experience and know when to take the lead and when to support the asks of your team
  • Are passionate about talent funnel metrics and can support the manager of talent in setting and tracking KPIs and OKRs
