  • We are seeking a technically strong individual to work with a team of other Technical Support Analysts.
  • The Sr. Tech Support Analyst (EDI) will serve as a point of escalation for complex issues interacting directly with operations staff, engineering, and development team members across the IT organization. The position uses Sterling Integrator tool.

  • Facilitates the development and maintenance of an internal certification process within technical support. Ultimately responsible for the certification of lower-level associates.
  • Participates in the recovery and troubleshooting efforts of large scale and complex application environments as well as including the associated infrastructure and network components.
  • Ensures technical and operational documentation is complete, accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Interacts directly Business Relationship managers, distribution center operations staff and Sr managers as well as engineering and development team members across the IT organization.
  • Keeps abreast of new technologies, incorporates those technologies when appropriate and motivates others to utilize them.

What You Bring to the Table :

Education/Training:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in IT required
  • 3+ years’ experience in EDI using tools like Sterling Integrator required

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to gain experience and support multiple technical areas
  • Incident and problem management experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations preferred
  • Experience moving between roles with increasing levels of responsibility

The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $75,100 and $95,000. This role is also eligible for annual incentive plan bonus.
