Your Role

As a Senior Strategic Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the unique needs of our enterprise customers and providing tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Develop and present customized solution proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and solution overviews using PowerPoint and related tools.
  • Translate complex product and service offerings into compelling value propositions for customers.
  • Lead strategic discussions and workshops with customers to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a solution consulting or similar role, with a focus on enterprise customers. EdTech industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling/delivering complex solutions to large organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure solutions drive measurable business value while meeting company revenue objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and trends.
  • Expertise in developing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, with proficiency in related tools such as Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite (for enhanced visuals), and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Miro being an add on.
