About the Role

Title: Senior Staff Product Designer, Grow & Extend

U.S. Remote

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. Webflow is the leading visual development platform for building powerful websites without writing code. By combining modern web development technologies into one platform, Webflow enables people to build websites visually, saving engineering time, while clean code seamlessly generates in the background. From independent designers and creative agencies to Fortune 500 companies, millions worldwide use Webflow to be more nimble, creative, and collaborative. It’s the web, made better.

We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to join our team and help businesses of all sizes discover, use, and grow with Webflow. This entails a deep dive into data, user funnels, and building flows and tools that cater to diverse team sizes and roles. You’ll also be responsible for creating the systems and best practices that enable all product teams to scale a cohesive experience that builds user trust.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching user-centric products, operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and product areas. This person should be equally comfortable defining long-term vision and sweating the details of design execution, and excel at distilling complex, technical concepts into simple and highly crafted experiences.
