About the Job
The salary range for this position is $253,864 to $287,050. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in technical discussions/questions between the team and other groups, especially product and design but also including legal, customer care, marketing, and operations
- Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Understand the big picture and overall architecture and drive towards elegant technical solutions that align with longer term system goals
- Strong technical design and development capabilities, participate in code reviews, and collaborate in setting the technical standards for the team
- Actively participate in team process improvements, take an active role in hiring and onboarding new engineers into the team and train them
- Up to 5% international travel may be required
- Telecommuting from anywhere within the US is permitted
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related and 7 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Alternatively, may have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
