As a member of the Digital Identity Services (DIS) team you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing the team’s center of excellence and will engage with business units across the organization, produce metrics, documentation, and implement tools and analytic methods.

Location is not a barrier for this role. An onsite position at our corporate headquarters in Rhode Island is available and we are open to remote employment within the United States for an experienced candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing existing Customer authentication capabilities, identify gaps, and developing technical and non-technical indicators
  • Assisting in evaluating and implementing tools to provide standards and best practices for the DIS capabilities
  • Partnering with other groups within the organization to identify, implement, and document processes
  • Working with partners to identify requirements, determine products and services needed, and identify opportunities and areas for improvement/enhancement
  • Assisting in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to improve the ability to address application requirements

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Understanding of information security concepts, best practices, and regulations related to Customer IAM preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise security and networking technology and how the technology relates to the Customer requirements preferred
  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to execute work independently and as a team member with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a security consultant preferred
  • Exposure to coding Python, JavaScript, or other scripting language
  • Knowledge of machine learning and its applications in information security
  • Exposure to IAM products and services such as Ping Identity, Okta, Oracle IAM, or CA SiteMinder preferred

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Certifications: Associate of CISSP, or similar preferred.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
