Imagine Your Impact.

You’ll be working with a team of highly skilled and motivated SalesForce professionals to implement and support a major new CRM initiative at Imagine Learning underlying most of our sales and marketing operations. The Education Technology market is large and complex, so we need an innovative and effective solutions to drive the business forward. Due to the complexity of our products and services we will rely on your knowledge and expertise in the Configure/Price/Quote environment to develop and support product configuration and pricing models.

Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $93,268.00 and $130,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
Travel: You can also expect up to 15% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

Maintain and support product building logic including bundling, attributes, options, and categories.
Maintain and support CPQ integration with Salesforce (lightning), NetSuite ERP and other internal systems.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions involving product bundles, pricing rules, advanced approval workflows, validation rules in support of new requests and ongoing process improvements.
Establish and implement Change Control around system maintenance and configuration for CPQ functionality.
Liaise with multiple business units to ensure correct configuration of products between Salesforce and other platforms and build a process to add/change delete product items and groups across multiple platforms.
Resolving user requests relating to CPQ functionality, including trouble shooting and bug fixes.
Work with the business units to identify ways to further utilize CPQ functionality to improve business outcomes.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
Adapting to a dynamic work environment and being creative within a team.
Motivated to learn and grow with the ever-changing needs of the business.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

3+ years of solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce CPQ platform.
CPQ Specialist Certification highly desirable.
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience including Administrator Certification.
Experience setting up and maintaining complex product, pricing and approval rules and automations.
Ability to create, maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of SalesForce processes including automations.
Strong analytical, problem solving/decision making skills.
Knowledge and experience with Development Operations, including code deployment tools and change control.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum delivery framework.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience working with offshore/nearshore development teams desirable.
