As our Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you’ll be the architect and owner of the Salesforce instance at Superhuman. You’ll provide technical guidance and recommendations, build, and implement solutions that meet business needs.


  • Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules and page layouts.
  • Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Triggers, Apex Code and VisualForce Pages.
  • Work in the development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, triggers, SOQL & SOSL
  • Build Integrations with other systems, including Saas applications from other vendors using REST APIs , Bulk APIs & Metadata APIs
  • Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced operations environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Manage the flow of internal requests for new or updated functionality and determine the best solution to implement them.


  • Experience: 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, building applications using the full set of Salesforce customizations & automation features, including 2+ years designing custom solutions using Triggers, Apex Code and VisualForce Pages. Excellent proficiency in Salesforce’s Web Services, APIs, SOQL, SOSL, and Security Model.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I.
  • Tools of the trade: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices. Hands-on experience with all types of SFDC administration/development tasks.
  • Highly organized: Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups while upholding a high-quality bar.
  • Ownership: You are a self-starter, and accept full accountability of your domain, and take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
  • Skilled Collaborator: You excel at cross-functional collaboration and relationship building, and can handle highly complex projects that impact multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Location: We’re open to you joining us in our San Francisco office, or from a home office anywhere in North America.
