About the Team:

The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced program manager within the Revenue Operations team to oversee strategic initiatives focused on improving our internal infrastructure and scaling the revenue organization. In this role, you would be responsible for delivering projects within our AlphaSense Expert Insights offering that can scale with a quickly growing revenue team. You will work cross functionally with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, legal, and GTM to assess, implement and manage change in alignment with company objectives.

Who You Are:

  • At least 5+ years of experience working with a Revenue organization and owning the delivery of key strategic initiatives.
  • Experience optimizing and rolling out new technology, workflows, and processes within a sales organization.
  • Has built a business case and gathered requirements across multiple departments (sales, finance, marketing, GTM, or legal).
  • Deep understanding of how to assess and set targets or KPIs for a specific business case.
  • Experience with ideation; ideally working directly with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into tangible solutions.
  • Sets specific timelines and knows how to align resources to delivering against those timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience delivering change within Salesforce and working with tools which are integrated with Salesforce.
