What you’ll do
Essential Functions:
- Define and implement standard processes for creative studio operations and workflow management in order to enhance efficiency
- Streamline, document, and communicate resource allocation processes
- Manage all scoped, ad hoc and net new creative assignments / deliverables against team capacity
- Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
- Gain an intimate understanding of internal creative talent and appropriately cast team members against projects
- Identify potential instances of under- and overutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues
- Lead weekly meetings with Studio leaders and project managers to align on delivery timelines and prioritization and resolve resource booking conflicts
- Maintain clear and up-to-date staffing data through Harvest Forecast and Wrike
- Spearhead daily staffing and work distribution efforts for all creative clients and new business initiatives
- Enforce compliance with time-tracking and related project management procedures for capacity planning and budget tracking
- Anticipate staffing-related risks to delivery and consult with project managers to troubleshoot
- Fulfill full-time and freelance staffing needs for creative studio, creative strategy and project management fields
- Co-manage freelance and vendor engagements end-to-end (sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, invoicing) alongside the Senior Managers of Project Management
- Maintain and report on group utilization and forecasting data weekly and monthly
- Communicate key staffing metrics to creative leadership, providing risk assessments and recommendation
- Capture and maintain information on individual team member capabilities and skills for purposes of casting and identifying training needs
- Inform recruitment, allocation, and forecast planning with the senior leadership team

This position will work closely with our creative team leaders and project managers to coordinate day-to-day creative and production efforts in a fast paced environment. Working Conditions: Working indoors, sitting at a computer for extended periods of time, lifting no more than 10 pounds.
