The Senior Reporting Analyst supports the Pharmacy Audit Strategies and Communications (PASC) Team within ARS, which has the primary role of ensuring that audit policies and procedures are aligned across the different pharmacy network audit flows. The position is responsible for various audit planning activities with a focus on client performance guarantees (PGs), audit recovery and revenue projections, and audit and client reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, generate, and distribute monthly/quarterly/annual audit recovery reports
  • Produce monthly recovery and revenue projections for all audit types
  • Responsible for PG planning and monitoring of all Pharmacy Network Audit departmental PGs
  • Prepare and produce annual PG target lists
  • Compile, report, and interpret monthly audit results to/from management
  • Identify and interpret contractual PGs relevant to Pharmacy Network Audit
  • Accurately forecast, plan, and track PG progress with clear and specific directions to impacted stakeholders
  • Document and report on audit activities and results including those required to support audit recovery performance guarantees
  • Act as lead SME and support analysts and management with ad hoc and other reports and analyses
  • Create and maintain job aides that pertain to PGs, projections, and reporting
  • Support various one-one readiness activities
  • Generally, work is both self-directed and prescribed as required to meet both performance guarantee targets and service level agreements
  • Work with less structured, more complex issues
  • Demonstrate ability to problem solve with minimum direction from supervisor
  • Serves as a resource to others

One year of post-high school education related to Business/Reporting Analysis can be substituted/is equivalent to one year of experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance/data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL and reporting creation
  • Ability to work from 7am-5pm pacific time zone
