Summary:
In this role, you will manage multiple cross-functional project teams and resources for complex projects with broad scope with multiple products, facilities, stakeholders, and source systems. You will manage special enterprise engagements using project management practices. You will support Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence project participants including mentoring others in effective collaboration skills to drive participation of the project team.
- Independently execute complex projects including multiple products, facilities, stakeholders, and source systems.
- Develop and manage project management operations and tools.
- Identify and propose additional needs for project governance metrics and reporting.
- Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders including leadership, while providing appropriate recommendations and resolution.
- Track and update budgets for assigned projects.
- Forecast resource allocation for multiple projects and programs and ensure accuracy of financials per reconciliation standards.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Five 5 or more years of relevant experience is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certification required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience working with Data Science, AI, and ML teams preferred.
- Self-starter, attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proven success bringing multiple complex projects to successful completion.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$88,900.00 – $132,250.00
