Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Senior Project Manager on a strategic multi-year product development effort that will significantly transform the way Change Healthcare provides services to the retail pharmacy industry. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to enter the project on the ground floor and support the project from conceptualization through implementation and beyond.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage large enterprise level, cross-functional projects in the areas of product development, business operations, and software development.
  • Identify and manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner with the product managers to understand and deliver on business/product strategies. Align execution with product strategy.
  • Implement CHNG’s product development lifecycle methodology and best practices for product strategy and execution.
  • Support R&D software development teams in their effort to meet product delivery commitments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience in increasingly senior roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing software development projects and/or teams
  • Able to lead multiple related projects and/or work streams
  • Experience managing complex, cross-organizational projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certified
  • Retail pharmacy industry experience

New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $104,305 – $202,200. The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $90,700 – $168,500. The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $108,840 – $202,200. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Colorado Residents Only:
The base pay range for Colorado residents is $111,397.00 – $228,690.00 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your base pay, Change Healthcare offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Health, dental and vision plans; wellness program; health savings account; flexible spending accounts; 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; Employee Assistance Program; PTO; tuition reimbursement; and employee-paid critical illness and accident insurance.
