Join Alight Global Security’s (AGS) dynamic team as a Senior Program/Project Manager, driving the delivery of the Zero Trust program and other revenue-generating initiatives. This role will oversee corporate, commercial, and non-commercial production environments, focusing on Product Management, Cyber Security and federal environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage programs, projects, and tasks using industry best practices.
- Coordinate and deliver the Zero Trust program and various change requests, creating new revenue streams.
- Inspire and guide project stakeholders to develop and execute clear plans.
- Serve as the single point of contact for project teams, ensuring alignment across business and technology programs.
- Identify successful project elements and provide improvement recommendations.
- Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Drive process improvements
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience managing large, complex projects.
- Proven leadership in working with senior management to deliver successful programs.
- Strong presentation, escalation, and solution-providing skills for senior leadership.
- Expertise in project budgeting, costing, process mapping, and analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business benefits through project execution.
- Skilled in managing resources within a matrixed environment.
- Proficient in change management, enterprise communication, and training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years in IT project management.
- 8+ years of professional work experience.
- Understanding of budget and finance/accounting concepts is a plus.
