The Opportunity:
Avantors Office of Sustainability is seekinga Senior Program Manager toaccelerate the governance and implementation of the corporate sustainability program across the organization.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Global Sustainability, the Senior Program Manager will implement processes and create standardized methodologies that increase efficiency and strengthen oversight, while raising the teams organizational knowledge and abilities. The Senior Program Manager will be an embedded teammate and key partner for the Office of Sustainability.
This role will be a full-time, remote position with preference for candidates located in Eastern Standard Time zone.

- Education: Four-year College/University degree or equivalent experience is required
- Experience: 4+ years of project management experience is required
- Experience in change management processes and methodology
- Experience in creating and implementing organizational programs
- Experience working with remote and global teammates
- Experience working with external partners
- Collaboration Tool: Proficient in project management tools; Microsoft Project/Smartsheet and Workfront experience preferred
