As our Senior Program Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Program Management:
- Leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Identifying risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies.
- Analyzing current processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Collaborating with leadership to define long-term supply chain strategies.
- Organizational Collaboration:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and sales, to achieve project objectives.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilizing data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
- Preparing and presenting reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, progress, and recommendations.
- Vendor and Partner Management:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- Negotiating contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal terms and performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Providing training and development opportunities to improve team capabilities.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
