SUMMARY
The Senior Program Manager will leverage experience as a Training Program Manager as well in-depth training development knowledge of designing and developing curriculum and training materials for interactive instructor-facilitated and self-directed learning. Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Content Conversion (CC) for the Naval Steelworker (SW) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Ratings Program. Will take existing schoolhouse curriculum, apply guidelines from separate requirements analysis contracts, and update and modernize the courseware. Instructional strategies for the modernized courseware will range from interactive courseware levels 2 through 3.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides subject matter expertise regarding Navy training processes, program management, development, and implementation.
Provides a leadership in the areas of technical solutioning, management and staffing approaches.
Develops professional and working relationships with teaming partners.
Manages a highly complex contract with revenue ranging from $15-$20M.
Manages integrated project teams for simultaneous course conversion/development efforts.
Implements Agile management processes to achieve customer objectives.
Provides expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues.
Maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers.
