About the role:

We are seeking a Professional Services Associate that has a passion for delighting customers by delivering winning strategies and solutions. We work with mid-market organizations and large enterprises in all verticals, with a focus on their GRC activities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for post-implementation customer professional service requests including requirements exploration, project management, and solution execution
  • Provide ongoing subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice to help our customers grow and mature their GRC program, including hands-to-keyboard support within the Risk Cloud platform, Risk Cloud enablement and training, and support with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales teams throughout the customer journey
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs
  • Become an expert user on the Risk Cloud platform and effectively speak about the product and our out-of-the-box content and resources, both within LogicGate and externally facing
  • Conduct highly effective meetings with customers over web conference

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, SaaS Implementation/Professional Services, or a similar role with a strong foundation in GRC, Risk Advisory, or Security preferred industries
  • Intermediate technical knowledge working in Excel or a similar product
  • Great people skills and a passion for customer-facing work – the ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message
  • Experience managing concurrent accounts/priorities – organization, time management, and attention to detail Experience working collaboratively and effectively on cross-functional teams
  • A drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to understand our customers’ problems and then effectively communicate and demonstrate how Risk Cloud can help
