Bolt’s Commerce Platform team sits at the core of our business by creating a single integration layer for all e-commerce systems. As a Senior Product Manager for the Commerce Platform team, your mission will be to drive the vision & roadmap for a universal integration layer for all e-commerce systems. You’ll need a mix of deep technical expertise and business thought leadership to excel in this role. You will partner closely with engineering, partnerships and other cross-functional teams to drive short term execution and long term innovation. Lastly, you need to be comfortable with moving into uncharted territories, building products and features outside of your areas of expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the vision and narrative for the future of Commerce Platform at Bolt.
  • Influence partners in the ecommerce space to build out best-in-class integrations that improve the experience for our shoppers and merchants.
  • Seek out customer, data, and design-driven insight and use that insight to help your team clear plans, priorities, and goals for your team.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality new products and features while improving the reliability of what already exists.
  • Set audacious goals for your area’s impact on the overall organization and regularly hit business objectives.
  • Speak the language of the engineering, design, and go-to-market functions to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Translate long-term vision into clear actionable next steps for both internal and external engineering teams.

What Excites Us:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering excellence in SaaS based companies. Experience in ecommerce is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of technical designs and working with multiple internal and external development teams.
  • A clear history of delivering high-quality products.
  • Data-oriented mindset and customer-obsessed curiosity.
  • Strong communication skills for complex product, engineering, and design ideas.
  • Extremely organized and able to quickly digest and organize complex information.

Base Salary compensation: For this role our base salary range is targeted between $157,000-$204,000 per year. Final offer amount is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to experience and position level. At Bolt, we take a geographically neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
