Title: Sr. Product Manager – Authentication & Authorization Management

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead our teams in building a world class platform authorization and authentication management system. This role is critical to our success by ensuring that our users experience a seamless experience and appropriate access across all of our solutions. We are stewards for the security and management of access to our data for our partners and this role will ensure our platform seamlessly provides our users access unique to their contracts.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning, research, development to full scale delivery for Access and Authorization solutions
  • Develop a clear understanding of the supported business domains and how the different aspects of the access and authorization platform support our end customers
  • Own and be an advocate for your product roadmap and backlog
  • Drive priorities and requirements for our core platform in alignment with SPINS strategic objectives
  • Define the business case and justification for new product capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and UX to deliver world class experiences for our internal and partner development teams
  • Plan new builds, engage in design discussions, ensure requirements are well understood, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and provide testing guidance to your team
  • Understand and articulate the product KPIs, COGS, and profitability of your product
  • Collaborate with your peers, teams, and leadership to continuously improve our Product Management practices

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Product Management
  • Experience with implementing access and authorization solutions
  • Experience translating business and system requirements into user and product permission rules
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytic skills
  • Strong technical background combined with solid business acumen
  • Experience with software development tools (Jira, Product Board, etc.)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Proven leadership ability in leading a cross functional team of engineers
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to learn and contribute

Preferable Skills

  • Prior experience related to access and authorization platform development
  • Prior experience with CRM system, such as Salesforce
  • Prior experience related to big data and cloud platforms
  • Subject matter expertise in retail or brand marketing
