How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:

At Paula’s Choice, we pride ourselves in providing an inspiring DTC destination for skincare loversand truth seekers. To help us grow our offering across the US and AU, we are in search of a seasoned product owner who is excited to take on new challenges and drive our ecommerce product developments.

This role will have a positive impact on our business by driving innovative new product and feature optimizations that integrate seamlessly into our Sales Force Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC). Using an Agile workflow, you will work collaboratively guiding and influencing cross-functional teams (UX, Creative, Education, Leadership, Data, Development) and executive stakeholders in the successful creation of products that improve the customer experience and improve conversion, AOV and other key KPIs.

You will be a skilled analyst able to strategize the impacts and potential of new features. You will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the drive to fill them. Your superior organizational skills, strong leadership and problem-solving mindset will allow you to move projects forward even when road blocks arise. Your innate curiosity will help you ask the right questions, to the right people so that you can drive strong recommendations and flawless implementation.

As Senior Product Manager, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams to deliver leading customer experiences
  • Analyze product requirements, develop, and deliver successful solutions
  • Work in collaboration with stakeholders to appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
  • Assess product opportunities against consumer needs and market trends
  • Assess competitor and industry offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  • Work in partnership with engineering to break down business requirements into actionable user stories

The Details:

  • Location: Fully remote, US based
  • Hours: Typical PST business hours, some flexibility required
  • Physical requirements: Ability to handle both long periods of sitting and long periods of screen time
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10%

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of relevant product owner/management experience
  • Proven ability to influence and manage relationships across disciplines
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum
  • Worked with Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Smartsheets
  • Exceptional communication and planning skills
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change

What can help you really stand out:

  • SFCC and/or SFMC experience
  • Experience with analytics platforms and tracking development, e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Quantum Metrics, Tealium and others
  • Experience building systems to track product performance using KPI’s, metrics, analytics, and dashboards
  • B2C ecommerce experience
