About the Team & Role
The Growth Team is at the forefront of expanding our reach and deepening engagement with our users. We are driven by data, obsessed with understanding user behavior, and passionate about designing experiences that make adoption seamless and rewarding. In this role, you’ll get to work on impactful areas such as subscriptions and monetization, while helping to drive growth and adoption of all our products.
What You’ll do
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Copywriters, Engineers and other stakeholders to translate translate goals and requirements effective UI designs
- Own your designs from initial concept through to implementation
- Present your design proposals and clearly articulate your decisions, backing them up with contextual rationale and user insights
- Help your design teammates and provide constructive feedback in design review
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Strong visual design skills mixed with a foundational knowledge of user-centered UX practices and principles
- 5+ years in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work and strong visual design, including work that is intended to influence purchasing decisions
- Strong communication skills that allow you to explain your design decisions
- Deep knowledge of prototyping software like Figma
- Comfort in working with analytics and user insights to inform your design
- Proficient running user testing and applying insights
- Experience working with established design systems
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, such as A/B testing, to validate ideas and measure impact
- Sense of ownership and responsibility
