We’re looking for an experienced product designer to support the Growth team reimagining Oura’s onboarding and social sharing experiences, and supporting the Partnerships team on building an ecosystem of app integrations. You’ll shape strategy alongside PMs, design alongside designers, and build alongside engineers.
Location example: Pacific Time Zone strongly preferred, but open to candidates in Eastern/Central/Mountain Time Zone.
Requirements
What you will do:
- Design UX and UI for features in the Oura mobile app
- Drive designs from concept through completion and ongoing iteration to truly solve the member problem.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineering to innovate on the Oura member experience.
- Create wireframes, build prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect visual designs to grow member engagement and improve wellness outcomes.
- Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s product design team to maintain UX and brand consistency across channels.
- Push the creative boundaries of the Oura experience – leave your mark.
Requirements: We would love to have you on our team, if You have:
- You have 6+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- You think of yourself as a craftsperson pushing the envelope on quality, sweating the details and raising the bar for those around you.
- You are an excellent storyteller and proactive communicator, creating clarity from complexity.
- You use a first principles approach to problem solving and aren’t afraid to try new things.
- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
