As Bluebeams Senior Product Designer, you will work on a team of Product Designers of various levels on the design and iteration of our customer facing web-based and native mobile (iOS & Android) cloud products. You will serve as a lead designer on several areas and initiatives, working closely with your PM and Engineering partners.
The Senior Product Designer is responsible for progressing the experience of our new web-based and native mobile cloud products while continuing to raise the level of quality using valuable frameworks, design tools, and user-centered design methodologies. The Senior Product Designer role also collaborates with cross functional counterparts to move from Discovery through Delivery, while continuing to bring clarity, efficiency, and quality to our teams and products.
What Youll Do
- Convey design ideas using scenarios, sketches, task flows, page flows, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes.
- Define the user experience, interactions, logic, and visual design.
- Create functional prototypes to validate and test designs.
- Lead and participate in user research and testing activities.
- Support maintaining patterns, styles, and component consistency across all products using design systems.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business goals into valuable product experiences.
- Coach and mentor other designers on the team.
About You
- 5+ years Product Design experience
- A skilled storyteller with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and deliver business results.
- Possess superior product design skills and the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking.
- A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates deep design thinking and high-quality web and mobile design work.
- Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills.
