We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help drive impactful and meaningful experiences for our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) product.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with a talented and diverse design team to enhance our users’ ability to deploy, launch, and manage apps, devices, and security solutions. You will leverage your expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Cloud, Miro, and Maze to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and testing of delivered solutions. You will collaborate closely with PM and Engineering teams, as well as other Design and Research product teams, to identify opportunities for improvement and establish best-in-class experiences across the product.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Within the first 30 days of joining our team, you will gain a strong understanding of the product and confidently use our design library components and patterns.
Within 90 days, you will work on shaping our product roadmap, modernizing navigation, updating existing UI, and delivering new features based on customer requests.
Within 180 days, you will be proficient in leading projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving efforts to deliver quality and user-tested experiences.
