Senior Paid Media Specialist

About This Role
OutSystems is looking for a Sr. Paid Media Specialist to support our paid search, social and digital advertising efforts. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our paid media programs. The ideal candidate will be data driven, an outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage all things paid digital.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of all paid search, social and display advertising efforts to drive our funnel growth goals

  • Define and implement paid advertising reports, track campaign performance, communicate the results internally, and come up with insights and optimization strategies
  • Work closely with the campaigns and field marketing teams to help them achieve and track their business goals
  • Actively communicate with the web and design teams on the creation of ads and landing pages, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance and increase conversion of high quality leads
  • Manage the relation with different advertising providers from procurement, finance, and legal to optimize cost and effectiveness
  • Support team excellence by documenting processes and evangelizing new approaches
  • Distribute monthly reports on campaign learnings, performance, and establish next steps

Competencies and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms management and reports creation
  • Knowledge of social media advertising best practices, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong communication skills and capable of building strong relationships with colleagues
  • Experience in Product-Led growth, project management, copywriting, and copy editing is a plus
