This role will be part the team focusing on Collaboration & Corporate and leverage advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and MDM Exchange Online. You will focus on corporate operations improvement and optimization with Microsoft 2013/2019, O365 Suite (Exchange/Teams/Sharepoint, OneDrive), Mailbox access configuration Device Management (Intune, Apple, Android), Hybrid Exchange 2019 deployments, online and on-premise environments using Powershell, User Management, Mailbox migrations, Mailbox access configuration, End to end message tracking, Email Cloud+H6d Gateway knowledge (Mimecast), Powershell scripting with view to automate manual tasks, Windows 2012R2, 2019 Server support experience, Conference room configuration and troubleshooting, interoperability with Service Now ticketing systems, Azure networking, and Azure AD -User Management. You will design, development, methods, tests and execution of deliverables and work products will be in accordance with established standards and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced level knowledge of Exchange 2019
  • Advanced level knowledge of O365 Suite (Exchange/Teams/SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Configuration Device Management (Intune, Apple, Android, Windows, Autopilot)
  • Advanced level knowledge of Hybrid Exchange 2019 deployments
  • Advanced management of online and on-premise environments using PowerShell
  • Azure AD -User Management
  • Mailbox access configuration
  • End to end message tracking
  • Email Cloud Gateway knowledge (Mimecast)
  • PowerShell scripting with view to automate manual tasks
  • Windows 2012R2, 2019 Server support experience
  • Familiarity with Service Now ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of Azure networking concepts
