85SIXTY is looking for a Senior Media Manager, Paid Social to lead paid social strategy, buying, and optimization across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok. This role handles day-to-day buying and optimization across a portfolio of hospitality clients. Experience working on hospitality or travel brands is required.

This person will design and manage social campaigns, analyze results, and present insights to clients. Our paid media teams operate in a cross-channel collaborative approach, as such, your digital media expertise will be combined with the knowledge of other team members to create integrated campaign activation plans rooted in performance.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strategic thinkers with strong communication skills. This role requires superior organizational, task management and time management.

Our team members are located across the US based on client locations/support needs. We have office headquarters in San Diego and Denver, and stipulate a hybrid in-person schedule for employees who live near those locations to foster cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of client media objectives and strategies across a portfolio of hospitality brands at the hotel property-level.
  • Create and manage paid social campaigns with a focus on driving consideration of brand locations and eliciting property bookings.
  • Analyze real-time results and optimize campaigns to improve performance and meet contracted media delivery.
  • Utilize internally developed cross-channel optimization tools to drive continual performance.
  • Deliver detailed campaign performance summaries and insightful analysis to provide recommendations for ongoing activation iterations or expansion opportunities.
  • Design and implement ‘Test & Learn’ initiatives tied to measurable outcomes and future-looking implications.
  • Direct communications with clients regarding property-level campaign performance, optimization plans, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to create full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets on both Meta and TikTok, with a strong track record of performance-driven execution.
    • Experience with product feed configuration and maintenance preferred.
  • 5+ years of paid social buying experience.
  • Knowledge of the general activation capabilities of all available paid media tactics.
    • Please note any background managing campaigns across other channels/platforms.
  • Strong computer skills including Google Sheets (pivot tables and formulas), Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and resolving issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fun environment.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint: Media Buying Certification. GA4 certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing Paid Search or Display campaigns is a plus.
