  • Responsible for executing marketing projects to completion – intake requests, making sure changes, assets, directions, and best practices are implemented. Communicate with stakeholders to set timelines and expectations and keep them informed. Advise partners on technical feasibility and best practices.
  • Own the channel attribution and reporting of lifecycle marketing programs and experiments, using data from our programs and experimentation tools to inform decisions.

  • Keep track of innovations and lead conversations with third parties to build a best-in-class marketing technology platform.
  • Ensure that all marketing processes are compliant with regulatory requirements (CCPA, GDPR etc.)
  • Partner closely with Research, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams on marketing strategies concerning product features, updates, and cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, data analysis/reporting, email marketing, and A/B testing.

  • Experience in mapping, organizing, and utilizing data in marketing automation tools to build targeted segmentation and send personalized, real-time messages to users.
  • Experience in implementing new marketing channels (push notifications, SMS, etc) in marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in HTML/CSS
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Structured thinker and strong problem-solving skills- there will be new challenges which will require an ability and interest in learning quickly
