As a Senior Manager, Health Services, you will be working with cross-functional experts across the enterprise including strategy, product, operations, and our clinical teams to identify and execute on key opportunities to unlock value through innovative clinical solutions and initiatives that leverage our unique enterprise assets and capabilities. You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems and develop innovative approaches that are top of mind for our clinical and enterprise leaders.
Location: May work 100% remote from anywhere in the U.S.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
- Minimum: 75,400
- Maximum: 162,700
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a strategy-focused business management role, leveraging a data-driven approach that is also informed by industry trends and best practices
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, driving transformation and innovation, with strong execution and program management skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate with across teams and individuals throughout the enterprise to prioritize and accomplish common goals, timely and effectively
