Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and data-driven Sr Manager, Paid Search, responsible for driving new customer acquisition across multiple regions. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive global paid search program for an industry leader in cybersecurity. This position reports to the Director, Global Head of Search Marketing.
This is based in United States as a remote position. We will only consider candidates currently in The United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
- You will lead the strategy and execution of all paid search and shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, ensuring campaigns are set-up with best practices and optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Improve campaigns to meet specified KPIs ensuring ongoing performance forecasts are met.
- Analyze performance data and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reviews with insights for campaign optimization and recommendations for landing page, pricing, ROAS, and mobile strategies.
- Conduct keyword research; ensure ad copy is created and implemented according to best practices.
- Generate ideas to improve paid search performance including campaign strategy, , creative, and landing page optimization.
- Identify new sources of innovation, including new data, technologies/features, and best practices based on market evolution and competitive actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve our test-and-learn approach, including agile processes, testing frameworks, and measurement approaches
- Develop robust bid management strategy and test plans to introduce new products.
- Lead the team to implement tests, participate in betas, analyze results, and develop recommendations for roll-out.
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior across all regions to isolate new opportunities, generate optimization opportunities and adjustments to campaign approaches.
- Cultivate close relationships with our partners at Google & Bing to optimize performance and stay educated on new opportunities.
- Lead and develop a team of high performing Paid Search Marketers
About You:
- 5+ executing and optimizing global paid search and shopping campaigns across Google and Bing.
- 2+ Experience leading teams globally.
- Experience in conversion rate & landing page optimization
- Excellent analytical and technical skills (technical SEM, feed management, automation, among others.)
- Ability to derive relevant insights from data
- Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
