Senior Manager Digital Marketing

We are searching for a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing – someone who works well in a fast-paced shared services setting – to oversee all things digital. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding the strategy for the digital marketing team and will manage and have the support of four employees and contractors specializing in email marketing and web development. You will report to and work in partnership with the Director of Corporate Communications at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation to drive digital success for the Fujifilm brand.

This position is fully remote with preference given to those who will work in EST.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic counsel, planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, inbound marketing, web site strategy and design, social media, lead generation and deliverables to drive awareness, engagement, growth and revenue goals across all digital channels.
  • Lead ongoing management of digital touch points, social networking, landing pages, and mobile.
  • Set KPIs and oversee and track analytics, metrics, dashboards and campaign reporting across channels and develop reporting metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations to evolve strategy and drive results.
  • Identify trends and bring new ideas that enhance future campaign performance and measurements, while collaborating with other departments and businesses.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel (paid and organic) digital campaigns to deliver on defined strategic objects.
  • Oversee, evaluate and manage vendor/agency partnerships.

Required Skills/Education

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in digital marketing/advertising creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Expert level knowledge and experience in SEO/SEM
  • Advanced knowledge of deployment of digital Ad Platforms and Analytics across all platforms
  • Strong development skills and experience with content management systems including WordPress, Drupal and more
  • Experience with responsive digital design, UX/UI, and mobile optimization techniques/best practices
  • Ability to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
