As a Business Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive processes and improvement initiatives. By gathering and documenting business requirements and utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and/or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system. Schedule is Monday-Friday standard business hours. No nights, no weekends and no holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
- Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities – by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. *Employees in jobs labeled with ?SCA? must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or 4 years of professional working experience
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis including workforce planning
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Access
- Ability to communicate trends and opportunities to the business both written and verbally
- Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
